Football Coaches: 2009 NFHS Rule Changes

Just to give you the heads up, here's the NFHS rule changes for the 2009 season:

-Horse collar tackle is now ILLEGAL,
-Grabbing someone's chinstrap is now ILLEGAL
-While the ball is in play, coaches must NOT be within 6 feet/3 yards from the sidelines.
